These are Guinness cupcakes with Bailey’s Irish Cream butter cream frosting. I dyed the frosting green for the occasion, piped on in a variety of ways. The cupcakes are embellished with sparkling green gel frosting, gold sugar sprinkles and white sugar pearls.
Because the cupcakes were so liquor-infused, I made gooey butter cookies for the kids at the party. I dyed them green for the occasion.
